You will contribute to the creation and maintenance of detailed 3D models, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your BIM proficiency while supporting the development of BIM standards, ensuring data accuracy, and advancing workflows in a dynamic and collaborative environment.The Opportunity Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models for various projects, ensuring integration across disciplines.Create construction documentation and ensure data accuracy and model integrity throughout project lifecycles.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to create BIM models, ensuring coordination and consistency.Support the implementation and enforcement of BIM standards and protocols.Represent the team in external meetings and contribute to the development of internal projects and activities.Is this role right for you? A relevant qualification such as a Diploma in Building and Construction, Cert IV in Engineering Drafting, or related fields.Proven experience in MEP Building Services within a consulting business environment and proficiency in BIM360, Revit, Bluebeam, Revizto, and Navisworks.Ability to ensure the accuracy and quality of your work and the work of others.Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to tackling challenges.Resilience in adapting to change and a creative, innovative approach to problem-solving in dynamic environments.What we offer you At Arup, we care about each member's success, so we can grow together.
