HIP provides multi-disciplinary services that support people with health problems and other complex conditions to optimise their function and self-management skills so that they can live independently and well in their homes and community.About the Clinical Nurse Consultant A/BThe Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) A/B will work in an integrated role as a member of the HIP Chronic Wound service. The CNC A/B is responsible and accountable for providing a high standard of clinical nursing care to support effective management of patients with chronic wound issues. The CNC A/B works in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team including medical staff, nursing staff, dietitian and podiatrist providing support to patients via phone and centre-based appointments.About the roleAn exciting permanent part time opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and experienced CNC A/B to provide expert assessment and treatment service to clients with chronic wound issues to support them living at home.
