As a Franchise Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand's reach and impact. The Role: As the Franchise Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the Fish N Flips franchise network across Australia and beyond. Your role is pivotal in identifying new franchise opportunities, building strong relationships with potential franchisees, and providing the strategic support needed to ensure their success. Key Responsibilities: Franchise Recruitment: Identify and recruit potential franchisees who share Fish N Flips' commitment to water safety and education. Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to identify opportunities in new regions and evaluate the viability of franchise locations. Franchisee Onboarding & Training: Oversee the onboarding process, providing comprehensive training to new franchisees to ensure they fully understand Fish N Flips' operational procedures, brand standards, and business systems. Collaboration & Support: Work closely with franchisees throughout the onboarding period to ensure a smooth transition into the Fish N Flips network. About You: Proven experience in franchise development, sales, or business development. Strong understanding of franchising models, legal requirements, and financial dynamics. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Passion for the aquatics, education, or leisure industry is a plus. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in franchise development, business development, or sales management. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
