We're looking for a talented Short-Form Video Editor to join our Media Team and help us create exceptional video content that drives viral results and conversions.About the Role:As a Short-Form Video Editor, you'll be at the heart of our creative efforts, crafting engaging and visually appealing video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Ads.
Your role will be crucial in helping us connect with our audience, tell our story, and drive conversions.This is a remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic team.Edit and assemble raw footage into captivating short-form videos tailored for social media platforms.Add dynamic motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, sound effects, and music to enhance engagement.Ad Creative Development:Transform User-Generated Content (UGC) into high-performing ads for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.Focus on creating strong hooks, compelling storytelling, and clear call-to-action sequences.Work closely with the creative director and marketing team to align video content with campaign goals and brand messaging.Incorporate feedback to refine and perfect video assets.Trend Adaptation:Stay updated on platform trends, editing styles, and content formats to produce fresh and relevant videos.Performance Optimization:Analyze video performance data and iterate on edits to improve engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.Asset Management:Organize and manage video assets, ensuring efficient access for the team.Proven experience in editing short-form video content, preferably for social media or e-commerce brands.Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).Strong understanding of platform-specific video requirements (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).Ability to create engaging video hooks and incorporate direct-response marketing elements.Excellent eye for detail, design, and storytelling.A self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.Familiarity with video performance metrics and optimizing content for engagement and conversions.Bonus: Experience working with UGC and e-commerce brands.Fully remote position with flexible working hours.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.A collaborative and supportive team that values creativity and innovation.Option to grow and expand your career as the company grows.
