Aged & Disability Support (Community Services & Development)
About this role:
We are currently seeking experienced support workers to join our community team in the Wollongong region of NSW to provide support and care to our clients in their homes.

Regular work hours Monday to Friday, commencing at 8am. You will be required to assist clients with personal care requirements, some domestic assistance (e.g., shopping, meal prep, light cleaning).
You will be required to visit multiple clients in different locations throughout your shift.
This is a casual position with the possibility of becoming part-time. You will be paid for the full shift, including the times you travel between clients. A 99c per KM travel allowance between clients is included as well.
Reporting to the Clinical Manager and with the guidance of Registered Nurses, you will receive support during your work across the community care sector.
This position requires a reliable car and full Australian driver licence.
You will need to have:
* Experience in an aged care facility, in-home support, or community role.
* Customer-focused approach to your work.
* Current Cert III in Aged Care, Individual Care, Disability, or Community Care.
* Current First Aid certificate (with CPR updated annually).
* Your own reliable vehicle, fully insured and registered.
* Current police clearance certificate (within the last 12 months).
* Current Working with Children Check.
* Covid-19 Vaccination certificate plus booster (essential to work in the aged care sector).
