The Company A global pioneer in advanced polycarbonate facades and daylighting systems, we are seeking an NSW State Manager to lead project sales working closely with the specification team and regional managers. This role requires a strategic, customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional solutions that meet our clients' needs. If you have experience in the building and construction materials industry and are motivated to drive results, we want to hear from you!Please note, we are interviewing now and can have somebody start either this side of Christmas or the new year.Responsibilities & Job Overview Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for NSW, aimed at growing market share and achieving ambitious sales targets.Forge and strengthen relationships with architects, builders, developers, and key decision-makers to promote our product portfolio,Identify and pursue new business opportunities, understanding client needs to tailor solutions that align with their project requirements.Conduct product presentations, site visits, and demonstrations to showcase our unique offerings and value proposition.Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand visibility and credibility within the NSW market.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless project delivery and high customer satisfaction.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt strategies and position us as a leader in innovative building materials.What You'll Bring: Proven experience in a senior sales role or management within the building materials, construction, or architectural industry.Strong network within the architectural, design, and builders/developers in NSW are considered highly desirable.Excellent communication and presentation skills with a talent for building rapport and trust with clients.Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain solutions in a clear, compelling way.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical support, and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to close complex sales deals.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in managing sales pipelines and reporting.Knowledge of NSW building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements is a plus.Salary and Benefits Base $115,000 - $125,000Additional superannuationCompany Vehicle Commission on top.Career progression opportunities.How to Apply Click APPLY or you can send your resume to (email protected).
