The Opportunity: The opportunity will suit a proactive and enthusiastic Office Administrator who wants to build on their current skillset and gain experience working alongside multiple departments. The Office Administrator will coordinate and execute a range of administrative tasks, ensuring the office functions efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for the office Assist the team with the preparation of documents, reports, presentations and spreadsheets Undertake general administrative duties such as word processing and data entry, filing, maintaining records, photocopying, and processing invoices/purchase orders and associated documents. Control petty cash; including scanning of documents and maintaining of spreadsheets. Arrange travel arrangements as required Manage spreadsheets for travel, scanning and electronic filing of travel requests, petty cash receipts and claim forms Maintain office supplies and stationary by monitoring and purchasing as necessary. Coordinate incoming and outgoing visitors and vendors making deliveries and direct them to appropriate offices Answer phones and direct enquiries to appropriate internal departments; take accurate messages with attention to detail.
