About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated individual who is a real team player and committed to working collaboratively to achieve exceptional client service. You will be part of a growth-oriented environment where your skills and contributions are valued.
Some of your key duties will include:
1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key liaison.
2. Assist in developing an effective and efficient audit strategy.
3. Assist team members in completing documents required for planning an audit engagement.
4. Work closely with the engagement manager on the engagement identifying potential problem areas or budget difficulties.
5. Coordinate engagements without manager assistance, reporting directly to Partner where appropriate.
6. Identify potential improvements and communicate these to Managers.
7. Prepare and monitor budgets for various engagements.
8. Coach and mentor junior colleagues and build internal relationships.
9. Liaise with clients and identify future opportunities.
About You
1. CA / CPA qualification (working towards).
2. The ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, and solve problems.
3. Self-starter with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
4. Strong IT and computer skills. You will embrace new technology and have the ability to adapt quickly.
5. Professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
6. Ability to effectively manage your workflow.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
9. Minimum two years' experience in a similar role.
Negotiable salary based on relevant experience, starting from $82,000.00 (inclusive of super).
