Complimenting the F35, the Super Hornet continues to be the main strike fighter in the RAAF. Your duties include:Provide Repairable Item (RI) management services for assigned products and contracts.Provide product, materials/external services co-ordination and scheduling services to support Military Systems Operations.Deliver commercially focused Availability and Maintainability services for Military Systems in a performance management culture of responsibility and authority.Identify areas for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness to reduce the cost base across materials business operations.Desirable Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years experience in maintenance, design, logistics, or technical support within an aviation environment, preferably with an airline or military organisation.Demonstrated experience of Repairable Item Coordination within an aviation/engineering environment.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other IT systems.Australian citizen with the ability to obtain Defence Security Clearance.Experience and ability to identify, manage, and mitigate risk profile.Must be able to demonstrate a proven commitment to being part of a team-oriented organisation seeking continuous improvement, in an open and 'no surprises' manner in a constantly challenging environment.Broad knowledge of and experience in maintenance practices involved within aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) environment.Knowledge and experience within Military technical airworthiness or Civil airworthiness certification frameworks.Computer Aided Maintenance Management 2 (CAMM2) System Experience.ADF MILIS Experience.Certificate IV in an aviation trade or equivalent qualification.
