In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of healthcare delivery through the successful adoption of Sunrise and Leecare. As a Clinical Systems Educator, you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence and ensuring high-quality health care to consumers of the public health sector in South Australia through the delivery of clinical education functions. Your expertise will empower healthcare professionals to seamlessly integrate Sunrise and Leecare into their daily workflows, enabling them to leverage the full potential of this innovative technology. Utilising your subject matter expertise and knowledge, you will actively engage with stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes successful Sunrise and Leecare adoption. Your leadership and communication skills will be pivotal in disseminating information, addressing concerns, and gathering invaluable feedback from clinical environments throughout YNLHN. You will serve as a change champion for Sunrise and Leecare within your area of professional expertise. With your current experience in a mid to senior level role, you will apply your in-depth clinical knowledge to assist users in understanding and integrating Sunrise and Leecare into their daily routines. Through comprehensive training programs, staff preparation activities, and workflow reviews, you will ensure a seamless transition to the new system. Essential Criteria AHP3 Classification Hold a recognised Allied Health qualification within a relevant profession. Eligible for full membership of a relevant Professional Association. For registered professions, meet all requirements to obtain and maintain current registration. For self-regulated professions, participation in an accredited continuing professional development program is desirable. RN/M3A Classification Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Hold or be eligible to hold a current practising certificate. Have a minimum of 3 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience.
