The Building Supervisor is required to complete allassociated tasks in the running of jobs effectively through processes that are in place within the Company.
You will travel throughout the Toowoomba region meeting interesting people and helping them rebuild their properties.Your tasks will include but not be limited to:Be a role model for effective and positive leadership that is ethical, results-driven and futureorientated.Completing reports and quotes for peer review in the job management system - PrimeAttend the site for the pre-start meeting.
Review the scope in detail with the customer and set the customerexpectations.
ie job timeframesScheduling work and organizing tradesSending Work Orders and Purchase Orders to contractors and suppliersComplete weekly inspections of WIP jobs.
Ensure weekly progress updates.Tasks and Responsibilities MUST have previous experience working with insurance repairs Cert IV in Building & Construction or willing to completePrevious experience as a Site Supervisor and/or carpentry background (preferred)A working knowledge of the NCC, QBCC Standards and Tolerances, and WH&S (preferred)Passion to deliver the highest quality of finishes from your trades teamPositive and confident attitude with a high focus on customer serviceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of computer skills including adapting to new programs and Microsoft Office suiteRequirementsQBCC Site Supervisor License (min Building - Low Rise) - desirable, not essential.Cert IV in Building & Construction - preferred White CardDriver's LicenseWorking at Heights - highly desirableSenior First Aid or equivalentBenefits & PerksJoin a positive and inclusive team that cares - this is built into everything our client does.
