An opportunity to join a leading Shopping Centre Owner that has a diversified portfolio that includes some of SEQ's most iconic shopping centres and precincts.
The Role
Be across operational functions for the centre, working closely with an array of stakeholders including the Facilities and Centre Management teams, as well as external contractors.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Assisting in the development of the centre budgets and forecasting
2. Developing and contributing to the objectives of the Asset and Business Plan
3. Building collaborative relationships with retailers, operators and contractors.
4. Management of the asset and all fixtures
5. Proactively managing the performance of contract teams
6. Ensuring that all building services are functioning and are constantly monitored
7. Ensuring compliance and OH&S requirements are met
The Ideal Candidate
8. Shopping Centre Experience working as a Facilities/Operations Coordinator or Services Assistant
9. Great contractor management
10. Excellent communication skills
11. Ability to read and understand plans and technical data
12. Ability to effectively structure external service provider teams to maximise efficiency and performance
