Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the property management and building services operations
* Maintain close liaison with the owner, occupiers, and operational personnel regarding all aspects of property management, including lease compliance, renewals, rent reviews, preparation of lease and license documentation, tenant activations, and customer satisfaction
* Preparing detailed monthly reporting packs for the landlord
* Monitor all financial transactions relating to managed buildings and ensure proper authorization of payments and collection of debts
* Work closely with the onsite Concierge and Events teams to deliver the tenant engagement program and ensure a one-team approach
Requirements:
* Previous commercial Property Management experience, ideally within office assets
* A capacity to manage client expectations with the ability to manage multiple projects and work to strict deadlines
* A proactive, approachable, and professional demeanor with a high level of attention to detail
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
* Certificate of Registration and thorough knowledge of the property industry and local market
