Our services include accommodation, respite, and mental health programs led by experienced clinicians.Role Overview:We are seeking compassionate Mental Health Support Workers to provide high-quality support to individuals with disabilities and mental health conditions. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will assist participants in achieving independence and improving their quality of life.Key Responsibilities:Assist with daily activities (personal care, hygiene, dressing, home tasks).Facilitate social engagement and emotional support.Promote Child Safe Standards and communicate clearly.Build trust-based relationships with participants.Ensure health, safety, and compliance with standards.Provide support for clients with behaviours of concern and implement positive behaviour strategies.Willingness to work sleepovers and active nights as required.Skills & Qualifications:Experience as a Mental Health Support Worker or in aged care is a plus.Ability to manage clients with behaviours of concern and implement positive behaviour support strategies.Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and mental health conditions.Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, Working with Children (WWC) Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).Training Opportunity:Ongoing training with financial compensation for upcoming sessions.How to Apply:Please submit your application, including eligibility questions about your experience and qualifications.
