Job Description
Buyer's Agent Associate Role
The Buyer's Agent Associate will play a critical role in managing our new lead customer pipeline and delivering the Aussie Homes - Buyer's Agent value proposition. Key responsibilities include:
* Lead Management: Qualify leads based on readiness to engage a Buyer's Agent, ensuring loan approval in principle or high approval confidence and sufficient deposit size.
* Service Alignment: Match customers with suitable service offerings and the right Buyer's Agent to meet their needs.
* Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings with Aussie mortgage brokers for customers without a loan approval in principle.
* Contract Management: Submit Customer Contracts through DocuSign for Buyer's Agent engagements.
* Payment Processing: Handle initial service fee submissions through STRIPE.
* Consultation Coordination: Set up initial consultation appointments between the Buyer's Agent and customer(s), establishing primary communication channels.
* Buyer's Brief Activation: Activate the Buyer's Brief on mobile for customers to log in and complete before their initial consultation.
