Manager Coordinator Service Delivery Up to 18 month contract based in North Ryde - Hybrid Job details Our Govt client provides a range of enabling services and operations delivery to the department and to Australian businesses and is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Delivery Coordinator to support uplift of the National Measurement Institute’s desktop infrastructure. Key duties and responsibilities Skills required: Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience as an ICT Desktop Service Delivery Lead or similar role, preferably within a federal government department Demonstrated experience in a hands-on technical leadership role on complex projects – preferably desktop and infrastructure projects Solid expertise in triaging, problem solving and leadership of a geographically dispersed team. Ability to work independently, build productive relationships and liaise with stakeholders (including Lab Managers, Project Managers and technical teams) Solid experience with desktop infrastructure, and a sound understanding of cyber security controls (ISM), OWASP and Essential 8 controls within federal government departments.
