About the role
We're seeking a dedicated Business Support Administrator to manage invoice exceptions and ensure smooth administrative operations in the team. As an essential member of our clients shared services team, you'll support with your exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
1. Validate and process invoice exceptions daily, thoroughly investigating discrepancies.
2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoice issues promptly.
3. Navigate various online platforms to access necessary information for resolving invoice exceptions.
4. Excel in fast-paced environments, meeting tight deadlines with ease.
5. Handle administrative tasks efficiently to support overall team functionality.
Requirements
6. A sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
7. Strong adherence to processes, ensuring smooth operations.
8. Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
9. Intermediate proficiency in Excel for handling data efficiently.
10. Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
11. Familiarity with SAP software is advantageous.
