About the role
Our client is looking to appoint a professional Residentail Aged Care Manager or Experienced Care Manager who are ready to take the next step in their career to work in one of their facialityes in the Albury / Wodonga Region
Benefits:
1. Salary of up to $167,000

Key responsibilities include:
7. Provide overall leadership and management of the aged care facility
8. Deliver positive business outcomes and financial results
9. Oversee staff selection, management, development and appraisals
10. Drive the provision of quality care and clinical services
11. Ensure the facility operates in line with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and professional standards
12. Maintain resident well being and a positive client experience
13. Ensure positive clinical outcomes
14. Maintain a continuous improvement approach
Required :
15. Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
16. Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and professional standards
17. Experience with financial management, facilities management, HR management and service contract management
18. Ability to build strong working relationships within a multi-disciplinary clinical team
19. Strong written and verbal communication skills
20. Demonstrated experience managing resources and budgets
