The Demand & Supply Planning Manager oversees the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams. This role involves developing and implementing best practices for continuous improvement in the S&OP process, aligning with financial goals and performance metrics to ensure optimal inventory management, replenishment planning, customer satisfaction, and case fill. Additionally, this role manages Red Bull Australia's Visibility Items (coolers, POS, event equipment), working closely with Sales and Marketing teams, forecasting budget requirements, analysing financial impacts, and ensuring accurate monthly reconciliation between Red Bull SAP and local 3PL systems.

o Lead and facilitate the monthly S&OP process, ensuring cross-functional communication.
o Lead change management efforts, ensuring adaptations to new processes or market conditions.
o Develop and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives for the S&OP process.
o Utilise advanced planning systems and tools to enhance the S&OP process, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, designing monthly statistical forecast reports, and improving forecasting techniques.
o Partner with Finance to align S&OP plans with financial goals and objectives.
o Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of products.
o Lead and develop the cross-functional S&OP team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

o Oversee the development of accurate demand forecasts.
o Lead forecast and inventory planning meetings, collaborating with sales and marketing, incorporating historical sales, market trends, new product launches, promotions, and customer feedback.
o Leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to enhance forecasting accuracy and supply chain optimisation.
o Align planning requirements with HQ Operations, replenishment, production and logistics teams.
o Optimize supply chain, including inventory, to meet customer needs while minimising carrying costs and obsolescence, while also ensuring sustainability and social responsibility goals are achieved.

o Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive alignment and foster collaboration between sales, operations, and finance.
o Explore and implement innovative practices and technology within planning processes.
o Conduct quantitative, statistical analysis complimented with qualitative inputs to draw conclusions and the ability to handle supply chain disruptions.
o Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to S&OP performance, demand accuracy, inventory levels, order fulfillment, and supply chain efficiency to drive continuous improvement.
o Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

o Partner with On Premise/Off Premise Sales and Marketing teams to establish annual visit requirements, and ensure alignment with business planning and budget processes
o Manage end-to-end processes including planning, ordering, importing, storing, and distribution.
o Oversee the placement and inventory management for Visibility items, reconciling to business plans.
o Develop third-party logistics to ensure alignment and timely execution of orders, placements, repairs, and maintenance, monitor and evaluate against contracted KPIs.
EXPERIENCE

* University qualification in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration. Master’s degree preferred.
* Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management.
* Minimum 5 years of experience with supply and operations management systems, advanced planning systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Proven track record of leading successful supply & operations teams and driving process improvements.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimisation.
* Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
