Great Opportunity for an Accounts Receivable officer or an Accounts Assistant to join a multinational company.Your new company My client is a large multinational company within the energy sector, and they are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team on a temporary contract with the opportunity to go permanent in 6 months. You will be responsible for managing customer payments, invoices and credits, and month end tasks. This role also requires you to assist Senior AR & Field Services Accountant with field services related tasks as needed. Your new role Timely processing of customer invoices and payment clearing Prepare cashflow forecasting for customer payments and payments to FSP vendors Prepare customer credits Prepare receivable report fortnightly and follow up on overdue accounts Liaise with Customers to resolve queries Monthly balance sheet reconciliations Month end journals Manage Service request mailbox queries Assisting in external audit engagements What you'll need to succeed Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years' experience in financial accounting, specifically in Accounts Receivable Good oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and capacity to build positive relationships Analytical skills and ability to solve problems Experience with computerised accounting systems D365 and Concur Hold Australian Citizenship or Permenant Residency What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to (email protected), or call ********.
