St Anthony's is seeking an experienced and highly competent administration assistant to support our wellbeing team.
The successful applicant must have:
* Extensive Administrative Experience: Proven track record in relevant administrative roles, showcasing your ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently.
* Communication Skills: Outstanding oral and written communication skills as well as strong inter-personal skills including the ability to work effectively with children and young people, parents/carers, teachers, and professionals in the education and health systems.
* Strong Organisational Skills: Exceptional time management abilities to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
* Attention To Detail: Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
* Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating your ability to contribute positively to group efforts.
* Educational Experience: Background in an educational setting is highly regarded but not mandatory.
* Professional Practice: Demonstrated capacity to reflect critically upon their own professional practice and apply the knowledge, skills, and expertise derived from ongoing professional learning.
* Catholic Ethos: Understand and support the Catholic ethos and vision of the School.
* Child Safety: Be familiar and comply with all requirements of Child Safety, policies, and legal responsibilities concerning the safety, care, and wellbeing of all students.
* Confidentiality: A must.
* The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a commitment to building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Be empathetic to individuals that are neuro and culturally diverse and consider the inherent dignity of every person.
* Experience with NCCD preferable.

* Working With Children Check
* Current National Police Check (the successful applicant will be required to provide this prior to commencing employment at St Anthony's)
