Lead financial analysis and support the business to develop robust business cases with clear strategic and financial rationale to enable decision-making on spend and critical investments. Lead and facilitate the annual recurrent and capital budget planning process, develop key indicators to measure performance against directorate objectives. Work with the broader Finance team to develop and implement strategies to reduce expenditure and optimise revenue. Identify opportunities and develop strategies to achieve financial sustainability objectives, partnering with the directorates to implement and measure success. About you Tertiary qualifications in accounting, business, commerce or other relevant discipline and membership of an appropriate professional accounting body or equivalent relevant experience. Demonstrated experience (5-years minimum) in management accounting or finance business partnering within a large, complex organisation, using computerised financial accounting (current financial system - Oracle), budgeting and management reporting systems. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder communications skills, including demonstrated liaison and negotiation experience with a wide range of stakeholders including the Executive level. Strong analytical skills and mindset, including the ability to conduct financial analysis using various statistical techniques, monitor and analyse data and perform modelling using Power BI to build and optimise dashboards and reports.
