We partner with the community to fund initiatives that transform the lives of people affected by cancer.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead and grow corporate relationships that directly support our fundraising goals. You'll be responsible for developing new partnerships and nurturing existing ones, securing financial support through sponsorships, gifts in kind, workplace giving, events, and more.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement corporate partnership strategies to achieve fundraising targets.Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate partners.Manage and strengthen ongoing corporate relationships, ensuring mutual value.Negotiate and secure sponsorships, gifts in kind, and other corporate support.Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with Foundation goals.Essential RequirementsTertiary qualification or equivalent experience.3-5 years' success in corporate fundraising or partnership development ($100k+).Strong understanding of corporate partnerships, negotiation, and relationship management.Experience in the NFP, philanthropic, or corporate sales/business development sectors.Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.Motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.Remuneration as per Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025. $105,000.00 per annum to $115,000.00 per annum depending on candidate experience.
