We are seeking an Administrative Support Officer to provide high level effective and efficient administrative support to the Executive Director of Medical Services.
The Role:
* Provide high level effective and efficient administrative support to the Executive Director of Medical Services, including the management of clinical/financial and administrative information and correspondence.
* Coordinate the preparation of complex documents including Ministerial correspondence.
* Provide support to meetings as required.
* Contribute to the administration team within the general administration office to ensure sustainable administration support is available at all times.
* Provide secretariat support to other Senior Clinicians as required.

Details of appointment:
Fixed term, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible for a period of 6 months.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $73,811 to $79,779 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
