Job Description:
We are currently seeking an organised and enthusiastic Talent & Culture Coordinator to support the HR function for four Accor hotels across Tasmania and Victoria.
This is a part-time role, up to 24 hours a week, however, we are open to full-time hours for the right candidate.
This is a unique opportunity to join a passionate and collaborative Talent & Culture team and grow your skills and knowledge in the field of Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
Support Department Heads in recruitment and assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Prepare and manage employee contracts and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
Act as a trusted point of contact for all employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
Support the team in handling employee relations issues.
Support with the organisation of employee engagement activities.
Administer the Accor online training platform and maintain accurate records.
Assist in the coordination of the ongoing implementation and management of the staff performance review program.
Assist in the constant improvement of HR procedures and management.
Qualifications:

Confidence to work autonomously and able to collaborate with the Talent & Culture team remotely.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic understanding of the Hospitality Industry General Award (HIGA).
A passion for people and creating a positive workplace culture.
The confidence to engage with senior stakeholders in the business.
Whilst not essential, you will ideally have a background or qualification in HR and/or experience in the hotel industry.
