We’re currently searching for an enthusiastic Team Support Officer to join our head office in Singleton NSW. About the Opportunity:
You will work in a friendly team environment and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day to day operation of our company by supporting our team with a range of administrative duties i.e. data entry, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, managing office stock supply, organising catering, maintaining company planner consistently and efficiently.

* Casual (24 hours/week Tuesday to Thursday)

Key Responsibilities:
* Professionally managing incoming calls and inquiries
* Provide support to all internal stakeholders
* Ensuring smooth operations through accurate data entry
* Support online business functions
* Provide general administrative support and handling ad-hoc duties
Criteria:
* Minimum 12months experience as an Administration Assistant/Receptionist is highly desired
* High level of initiative, problem-solving skills and time-management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
* A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
* High attention to detail
* Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential
* A valid driver’s license and own vehicle is required
