Due to our growth in the last 12 months, we are looking for a full-time mortgage broker (Salary + Super + Commission) to join us. We provide qualified leads, a great working environment and the opportunity to grow with us.
Skills and Experience:
1. A minimum of 24 months as a mobile lender, lending manager or existing mortgage broker struggling to generate leads.
2. Someone currently in a broker support role looking to step into a mortgage broker (considered).
3. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and attention to detail.
4. Good understanding of compliance and NCCP requirements.
5. Display a good understanding of credit policies.
6. A positive and proactive approach.
7. Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Your Duties:
As a Residential Loan Specialist, your main function will be to service the home loan needs of our new and existing clients. Your tasks will require you to manage all aspects of the home loan process including:
1. Provide lending solutions that best meet the customers’ needs and financial situation.
2. Conduct loan interviews and make recommendations.
3. Execution of loan documents.
Remuneration and Benefits:
1. Salary + Super + Commission
2. Earning Potential from $100,000 to $200,000 per annum
3. We will cover PI and AFCA fees
4. Hybrid - working from home and our office
5. We'll provide 15 qualified leads per month (or more if you have the capacity and achieve the required conversion rate).
6. Average loan size $500K.
7. We register you with our system and pay all costs.
8. Access to loan processing team (so you can focus on building relationships with clients).
9. Email set up/business cards, ongoing cost covered by the company.
10. Automated bank statement collection tool with living expense analysis.
11. Automated document collection and follow-up plus human follow-up.
12. Nurturing for existing and new clients.
