Job Title: Trolley Collection Driver
Job Summary: At Woolworths, we are seeking a Trolley Collection Driver to join our Proactive Services Team. As a Trolley Collection Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring trolleys are available for our customers and that our stores remain in pristine condition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive a trolley collection vehicle and collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding suburbs.
* Push trolleys up a ramp onto the trolley collection vehicle.
* Collect trolleys left in and around the store and return them to the trolley bays.
* Carry out all pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle.
* Follow all safety and operational processes and procedures related to vehicle operation and trolley collection.
* Follow all road rules and report any issues related to unretrievable trolleys.
* You may also be required to complete cleaning and waste disposal tasks.
Requirements:
* You must hold a full (unrestricted) Australian drivers licence, Provisional P2 drivers licence (Green P Plates) or full International drivers licence.
* Physical fitness is essential for this role, as you will be transitioning from driving a vehicle to physically collecting and loading trolleys throughout your shift.
* Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 4pm.
* A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
