Your new role
In your new role, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
* Manage and coordinate leasing and licensing agreements, including renewals and terminations.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leases and licenses.
* Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, correspondence, and maintaining databases.
* Assist in the preparation and management of budgets related to leasing and licensing activities.
* Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to leasing and licensing.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in leasing, licensing, or senior level administration.
* Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
