Pay range: 80-120K depending on experience
Our client is a large multidisciplinary private practice located in Bayswater in Melbourne, providing exceptional psychology and occupational therapy services in a trauma-informed, child-centered, and neurodiversity-affirming way to children and their families. Their Clinical Director is an Educational and Developmental Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in pediatrics, a well-known author of many books related to Autism, and a lecturer in Child Play Therapy at Deakin University.

What you can expect from working with them:
* When you start with them, they will match you with a dedicated buddy to support you to settle in and thrive in your role.
* You will be supported with regular individual supervision with a senior OT, as well as group supervision, provided at no cost.
* You’ll have your own dedicated therapy room, fully equipped with a wide range of Occupational Therapy resources such as tools and activities for enhancing fine motor skills, executive functioning, gross motor development, and sensory integration.
* You will have access to a large gym for gross motor development work and sensory regulation.
* You will have access to OT specific assessments such as DASH, MABC, Sensory Profile, Vineland, etc.
* You will have a managed caseload with a maximum of 5 clients a day (for a good work-life balance), booked by the reception team.
* They will ease you into your full caseload over the first 6 weeks to ensure a smooth transition, allowing you to build strong rapport with your clients and their families, and familiarize yourself with practice protocols and resources.
* They will ensure breaks of at least 15 minutes between appointments to support clinician well-being and provide extra prep/notes time.
* You’ll have the security of being paid regardless of cancellations.
* You will have a pay increase guaranteed every year.
* You will have a PD budget of $1000 a year (or pro-rata for part-timers) to spend on any external PD you’re interested in.
* 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Full time is 37.5 hours a week.

* Are an Occupational Therapist who has obtained registration through AHPRA and is eligible for Medicare rebates.
