We will be performing maintenance on Swag Jobs this Saturday October 19th, 10:00pm to 11:00pm AEDT.DescriptionAbout the RoleThe purpose of the fleet coordinator is to ensure the logistics, cost and insurances of our fleet are coordinated smoothly and efficiently across the organisation.This role is offered on a Permanent, Part Time basis working across 5 days per week - 19 hours per week / FTE 0.5, at our Head Office Location.Responsibilities:Assist with developing and managing the fleet budget, including working with the Property Manager to forecast costs and ensure fleet viability, track expenses, and identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.Work under the direction of the Property Manager but will have full autonomy in coordinating fleet within the capacity of their role, including managing the acquisition, maintenance and disposal of vehicles for the organisation.Monitor driver behaviour and performance to ensure safe and efficient operation of vehicles. Be solution driven when solving issues in relation to fleet, ensuring that a high level of customer service is provided to our staff as part of the service support team.Review, develop and implement policies and procedures for fleet that are fit for purpose and user friendly for staff.Maintain accurate records, review and develop improved fleet related forms and applications, working in collaboration with the leadership team to ensure they are fit for purpose and user friendly.Establish gaps in our current systems and processes within fleet and recommend business improvements to the Property Manager.As a specialist in Fleet, collaborate with managers and staff across the organisation to see continuous feedback for business improvements and service delivery.Provide reports on fleet to the leadership and executive teams when required.Liaise with Parkerville partners such as car dealers and insurers whilst representing Parkerville and its values.Commitment to and participation in organisation Systems Improvement Processes.Coordinate and oversee day-to-day fleet operations (scheduling, maintenance, tracking).Purchase and sell vehicles.Manage expenditure according to nominated budgeting and financial notifications.Ensure adherence to regulations and implementing safety protocols to minimise risks and accidents.Educate drivers regarding Fleet procedures and maintenance.Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, preparing and presenting regular reports and recommendations on performance, costs, and compliance.Manage relationships with suppliers, maintenance providers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective services.Manage the insurance claims, fines, fuel cards and repairs.Audit staff driver’s licenses in collaboration with the People and Culture Advisor.Minimum Requirements:Proficient in Microsoft Packages and Office 365Critical Thinking and Solution DrivenBenefits:SCHADS Schedule B Paypoint and Level - 4.1 - 4.4, $43.08 - $46.35 per hourDiscounted Health Insurance PlansEAP Service with Wellness resourcesSalary Packaging of up to $15,900Parkerville Children and Youth Care have a zero tolerance to alcohol and drugs.It is essential that all applicants meet the above criteria and are permitted to work and remain in Australia with no limitations.We hope to hear from you by 4:00pm, Wednesday, 6 November 2024.
