Our stores are a hub that connect our customers to events, influencers, and trends, allowing them to live life on their terms.The role:As a Manager in Training in our North Lakes store, you will work under the guidance of an experienced store leadership team to gain the practical experience and skills needed to prepare you for a leadership position in our retail network and that will allow you to successfully lead your own team of store team members.This plan is a 4-week comprehensive program that combines theoretical, practical and hands-on on-the-job training, to ensure you will have the necessary tools to begin a successful management career with City Beach.
