Job Description Collaborating with Operations to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts, considering material costs, labor, and overheads. Helping operations align with financial goals by providing insights on cost-saving opportunities and resource optimization. Preparing and presenting financial reports and analysis that highlight key operational performance metrics. Building sales dashboards and leveraging Power BI to improve reporting processes. Constructing a KPI tracking model to roll out across the business. Consolidating complex financial and operational information into actionable insights for strategic decision-making by senior management. The Successful Applicant Tertiary degree in Finance, Accounting or similar. CA/CPA Qualified. Big 4/Mid Tier Audit experience advantageous. Experience in manufacturing/an inventory-based environment highly regarded. Demonstrated experience partnering with operations and driving analysis/modelling of costs. Strong financial modelling/dashboard building experience. Genuinely excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. What's on Offer Immediate start available.
