The work environment is driven by patient-centric, holistic, evidence-based care and supported by a robust professional development program.Due to growth, our client is seeking 1 x Occupational Therapist and 1 x Physiotherapist to join their national team!These roles are community-based roles, where a company car will be provided to visit clients in their homes to provide quality care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention for clients within the context of primary health care in a professional, confidential, and culturally safe manner.Incorporate a holistic approach to health care that incorporates health promotion activities according to community and organisational priorities.Providing specialised assessment and prevention planning for decreasing the incidence of pressure injuries.Conducting specialised assessments targeting key areas such as manual handling, falls risk, and hand and splint assessments.Home assessment and modification recommendation.Equipment review and prescription, e.g., wheelchair, walking aids, etc.Liaising with Doctors, Allied health staff, and other professionals to support the clients' ongoing health and wellbeing.General reporting and administration.Experience and QualificationsAnalytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills necessary to manage varying and/or conflicting stakeholder demands.Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.Current Registration with AHPRA.Up to $53.50 (including super) + $18,500 Salary Packaging + Company Vehicle.Flexible hybrid work.Be part of a high-performing team and learn from experienced and dedicated Managers.$700 - $1000 funding towards your professional development.Access training and development programs.Attractive above-market salary package.Family-Friendly culture and Flexible Work options.Option to work Full-Time, Part-Time plus initial accommodation financial support for candidates with relocation requirements.
