Poly Welders, Pipe Layers, Plant Operators - Griffith and LeetonAs a Plant Operator at Boots Civil, you will be responsible for safely operating heavy machinery and equipment essential to our operations. From excavators and bulldozers to loaders and graders, your operational skills will be used to complete civil construction projects.Key Responsibilities: Operate heavy machinery following safety protocols and operational guidelines.Conduct daily pre-start checks to ensure equipment safety and efficiency.Execute construction tasks according to project plans and specifications.Collaborate closely with the construction crew to maintain project timelines.Assist in various construction activities as required.Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at construction sites.Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and hazards.Assist in digging, concrete pouring, and setting up temporary structures.Operate hand and power tools under supervision.Essential Requirements: Proven experience as a plant operator or similar role in the construction industry.Proficient in operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment.Desired Requirements: Certification or training in heavy equipment operation.Poly Welder / Pipe Layer As a Poly Welder / Pipe Layer at Boots Civil, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient joining and installation of polyethylene pipes and fittings.
