About you: The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working with data, with a strong background in financial data and business analytics. Proficient in MS PowerBI, Excel, SQL, and Python, you excel at collecting, analyzing, and visualizing complex datasets to deliver actionable insights. You confidently address challenges, whether resolving data anomalies or partnering with clients to enhance their operations through clear and concise data insights. You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing multiple priorities while ensuring data quality and integrity. If you have some of the below experience and qualities, we'd like to hear from you… Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field, with 3-5 years of relevant data experience across various industries (experience with financial data is highly desirable) Proficiency in MS PowerBI, Excel, SQL and other data tools (e.g. Python) for data analysis, visualization, and reporting. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret complex datasets accurately. Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining data insights to non-technical stakeholders and collaborating across all levels of the organization. Experience managing multiple stakeholders, balancing priorities, and ensuring timely delivery of reporting solutions. Ability to build and optimize data models, dashboards, and reports based on business needs. Strong problem-solving skills; proactive and committed to maintaining data quality and integrity, both inside and outside their direct role.
