How will I help?
As an Engineer, you will help us improve system design, fine-tune app observability and performance, implement centralized reusable libraries, and maintain a healthy codebase by applying engineering best practices and introducing improved patterns, tooling, and architecture.
You will be owning decisions regarding component, feature, or application-level quality, reliability, efficiency and performance. As well as this you will be leading by example and influencing the engineering team, performing code reviews and mentoring the more junior team members. You will be helping with defining and evolving the teams current processes and coding standards.

What do I need?
To be successful for this position you will have strong experience in designing, building and shipping software, you should be proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript either on Node.js or the browser. You will need to have a solid understanding of semantic HTML and CSS. You should have a natural curiosity and be interested in developing into a larger engineering role and have experience working with the browser developer tools to diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks in complex web applications.
