About the role As an Informatica PIM Platform Specialist, you will join our Enterprise Tech - Corporate Platforms team to provide support across configuration, design, and maintenance of our Informatica PIM 360 platform, including assisting with support enquiries as well as enhancement initiatives.
You will support the optimisation of the platform and integration with other platforms and applications, executing day-to-day maintenance & configurations.
You will work collaboratively with the wider Technology team, external vendor, and product owners to assist in making sure roadmaps are aligned to business needs.
What's involved: Configure the PIM 360 applications in accordance with user requirements. Assist in the administration of the platform in line with business requirements such as but not limited to, maintaining user roles, security settings, data quality rules, profiles, permission sets and management of templates. Respond to system incidents by providing technical support to users, identifying and fixing bugs and issues. Manage all internal Change requests related to deployment schedule. Support the continuous development of the platform and working cross functionally with the wider team on platform enhancements. Provide guidance to projects on how to meet business requirements using the platform, favouring the use of out-of-the-box capability over customisation. Who we're looking for You will be an experienced specialist with experience supporting and configuring an enterprise PIM System.
You will have a focus on primarily the functional aspects of the platform, but also have the ability to acquire a good high-level understanding of how the platform operates from a technical perspective.
You will be able to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effectively within an Agile environment. You will be solution oriented and a natural problem solver.
You'll need: Previous experience in providing functional and technical support across Informatica P360, ActiveVOS including workflow design, IDQ, API experience. Architectural experience in integrations for P360, both inbound and outbound. Experience in system configuration and data quality rules configuration Proven experience working within Agile methodology Strong understanding of the typical business processes within production information management Conceptual knowledge of typical systems that surround a PIM system Tertiary educated or relevant experience in a similar development role We're here to support you.
