We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our Hotel Reservations team, providing exceptional guest care through genuine attention and in-depth knowledge of our properties across Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle high volumes of calls per day in a fast-paced call centre environment
• Assist guests in finding their ideal accommodation with expert knowledge of our hotels and packages
About You:
• Proven experience in hotel front office, reservations, call centre or travel agency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new computer systems
• Effective time management and multitasking skills
Requirements:
• Availability for a 7-day rotational roster between 7am and midnight
• Ability to thrive in a pressured work environment with polished communication and attention to detail
