About the opportunity
BEN+ Program is working to enhance our risk capability and culture and ensure Bendigo Bank will remain Australia’s most trusted bank into the future. As a risk enabled organisation, we need to ensure that our people have the right skills, tools and processes to make sound data informed decisions.
The role of the BEN+ Learning Coach (12-month Contract) is critical to deliver on this strategy. As an ambassador for BEN+, you will be accountable for facilitating learning events, program coordination and business engagement activities on a national scale.
In this role you’ll get to…
* Facilitate engaging face to face and virtual learning events, ensuring adoption of desired risk behaviours and capabilities by audiences.
* Work closely with key stakeholders to understand performance drivers and business needs.
* Support the scheduling of national events, webinars and workshops including calendar management and event logistics.
* Develop and manage program documentation, collateral, reporting, etc.
What you’ll bring to the role
To be successful in the role you will have:
* Experience in learning facilitation and program coordination will be highly regarded.
* Ability to structure, engage and present information to a range of audiences both in person and virtually.
* High quality communication and coaching skills.
* The ability to travel interstate and flexible working hours to meet the needs of the program.
