Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our team at RACV Goldfields Resort. As a leader in our F&B operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests daily.
You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our dedicated F&B professionals to set high standards and deliver exceptional service to our guests. We are looking for someone who has experience in events and conferencing, is adaptable and has a 'can-do' attitude.
As a leader, you will help to drive the success of our F&B operations by displaying a passion for hospitality and motivating your team to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of dedicated F&B professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests
* Set high standards and motivate your team to achieve excellence
* Collaborate with our events and conferencing teams to ensure seamless delivery of large-scale events
* Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service
Requirements
* Previous supervisory/team leader experience in a fast-paced F&B environment
* Experience in conference and events is highly desired
* Exceptional communication skills and a bright and friendly personality
* Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve excellence
* Availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods
