The position provides office support, client and vendor communications, file management, answering phones, greeting visitors, and similar support activities that help keep our office operating at peak productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities Provides administrative support to office staff and Business Unit Leader Answers incoming calls and greets visitors Carries out administrative duties such as filing, copying, and scanning Maintains office project files Develops accurate, professional written communications Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required Qualifications The successful candidate will possess the following:
Experience providing administrative support in a similar role Experience in a professional services firm such as a surveying, architectural, or engineering firm Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Positive attitude with strong customer service skills Self-starter who can switch from individual contributor to team player with ease The ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks AA/EOE/ E-Verify
