* Demonstrated expertise in understanding, interpreting and providing high level strategic and tactical advice on employment frameworks (including legislation, awards, agreements etc.) to all levels of management relating to a wide range of workforce management issues.
* Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of quality HR policies across the organisation, to manage risk, support effective decision-making, and ensure contemporary workforce management practices which comply with legislative and industrial obligations and are contextualised to meet unique organisational requirements.
* Demonstrated highly developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills in order to work autonomously to provide quality advice and solutions to complex workforce issues pertaining to employment and legislative frameworks
* Proven high level ability to build productive relationships and liaise, advise and negotiate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve expected organisational outcomes.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate with influence through verbal and written material, ensuring a professional, high-quality standard is maintained at all times, with the ability to develop and deliver workforce development activities designed to improve capability and outcomes.
