About the RoleAs a Change and Communications Manager you will be joining our Institutional Capital Reforms Program (ICRP) team to support and coordinate a range of program change activities, communication, training, and business readiness; change champion networks; program change governance, cadences, and reporting; and create packs, communications, and resources/artefacts.
This role will also ask you to carry out the central co-ordination role to plan, implement and embed change initiatives.
You will liaise closely with various stakeholders to support the end-to-end change process and will work with change champion networks to implement the change and support training and communication of the new change.
What will your day look like?Your key accountabilities will include:
Managing change for small to medium change initiatives, end-to-end design and delivery of change approach.Supporting program change governance, planning and reporting requirements.Coordinating events, activities, and requirements across the end-to-end change delivery lifecycle.Supporting the scoping activity of change initiatives.Supporting the delivery of targeted plans for communications, stakeholder engagement, learning, change readiness, metrics, and evaluation.Identifying stakeholders and facilitating the engagement plan.Developing information packs, change communications, and change resources/artefacts to support successful delivery of change.Coordinating and working with change champions to implement and disseminate change.Ensuring change impact assessments are conducted to identify and mitigate possible areas of concern.Supporting the development of metrics to actively monitor change effectiveness at a stream and program level.Translating data into insights and using it to develop more targeted and relevant change interventions.Identifying and escalating change risks with proposed treatment plans to the Change and Communications Lead.Applying the ANZ Change Methodology and tools in a way that is simple and fit for purpose.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Extensive experience in a change or related position.A passion for applying practical change management, ideally in a project environment.Experience identifying change impacts and change risks, while developing and executing targeted change interventions.Prior experience and understanding of Wholesale credit risk, risk grading, and capital management concepts & processes.Prior experience and understanding of the Institutional Division landscape.Experience in planning and coordinating events, activities, and key milestones.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
