The Pay business unit enables smarter shopping. We aim to be the preferred credit card, whether through our 28° card for travelers and shoppers or our GO and GEM cards for big ticket purchases. To achieve this, we need experienced Product Managers who can manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch to end of life. This includes timely execution, continuous improvement, and supporting growth and development of Pay products.
As a Product Manager, you will work closely with our Senior Product Manager and Head of Product to ensure key initiatives are well-managed and that all elements of the value chain operate effectively, driving optimal commercial outcomes for Pay and the broader enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand performance of current products and manage product P&L performance to collaborate with stakeholders on developing initiatives to improve overall profitability.
* Monitor market trends for the development of new products, features, and benefits, considering competitive context, strategic capabilities, customer desirability, and ability to execute strongly.
* Deliver on product strategy with consideration of new product development or enhancement of existing products and services to meet defined target customer and market segments.
* Manage and coordinate delivery of strategic product and experience roadmap to deliver best-in-class experience.
* Deliver against financial results set in annual operating plans and objectives.
* Collaborate with external partners to drive innovation in product design and delivery to enhance and differentiate against competition.

About You
To thrive in our product team, you must be ready to explore new ideas, have analytical skills to organize and interpret data, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in product management, preferably with a strong focus on credit card products, is essential.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, foster a collective environment, and identify challenges and roadblocks. Developing creative solutions to mitigate risks and keeping product development on track is crucial. Your ability to develop a clear product vision, define long-term goals, and create actionable plans is vital.
