The Hospital Sales Specialist will achieve sales and market share objectives by selling and demonstrating our range of medical devices, associated consumables, and digital solutions to a large customer base of hospitals within Ireland.This role will primarily be responsible for account management of the existing customer base and business development of new sites.The candidate should be ideally based in the Leinster area.Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships.Work closely with the representatives of our key partner to understand key selling points of their product portfolio.Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis.Assist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial enquiries.Business planning and implementation throughout the area of responsibility.Development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potential.Implementation of new product launches.Organisation and attendance at relevant conferences and meetings. Role Requirements: 3+ years' clinical and/or sales experience working with IV Infusion Systems.High reliance on individual drive and performance.Excellent planning and organisational skills.Strong interpersonal skills: Customer-focused with strong influencing skills.Strong administrative skills (particularly in PowerPoint & Excel).Ability to present at a high level to large groups of people.Self-motivated and a team player.Full Clean Driving Licence.
