We are looking for an experienced Radiographer and People Leader to join Qscan Group as the Regional Modality Lead in Brisbane. About the Opportunity The Regional Modality Lead for Brisbane is a pivotal leadership role that oversees and supports clinical staff across the region. Your key objective is to provide leadership across the Radiography modalities (CT/X-Ray), acting as a representative to advise the Regional Manager and Clinic Leaders, liaise with the regional doctor group, and support the National Modality Lead in their innovation and clinical governance. This is a clinical role that will see you working as a Radiographer, with 1 day allocated to administrative duties and a deputy administrator to assist you during the week. The region of Brisbane is made up of 9 clinics across Brisbane, Brisbane North and the Sunshine Coast. This is a Permanent, Full Time opportunity working Monday to Friday during open clinic hours working across the region at Clayfield, Windsor, Toowong, Newstead, Redhill & Redcliffe. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate leadership which inspires high performing teams, who remain engaged and focused on achieving the Group’s strategic outcomes. Effectively manage staff recruitment and allocation to ensure ongoing availability of appropriately skilled talent. Oversee modality trainee programs and development/education opportunities for existing staff, including planning, preparing materials, and execution. Initiate, implement and support process and system improvements within the region. Maintain knowledge of internal, as well as industry and competitor trends, with regards to best practice service initiatives and processes to ensure continuous improvement. Work collaboratively with the Regional Management team to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients and referrers. About You In addition to previous clinical leadership experience and a strong background in X-Ray & CT clinical work, you will also have: Ability to role model through leadership and work autonomously to coordinate clinical and administrative deliverables Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and provide development support and succession planning to clinical staff Willingness to learn new modality techniques and remain on top of current trends and developments.
