Responsible for: All logistics, inventory, safety and day-to-day management of the Queensland warehouse and associated functions supplying to customers and the branch network. Reports To: Operations Manager Supervises: All Operations team members within the Queensland warehouse. Main Activities: Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for all transport and warehousing activities from your warehouse. Assist the Operations Manager in the strategic planning of the future growth of the Logistics operation. Oversee the day-to-day running of the Warehouse. Work with the procurement, sales, and marketing teams to improve collaboration and reduce inventory holdings. Work with customers towards delivering superior service. The analysis and implementation of key KPIs across your teams to deliver on agreed budgets. Improve 'product to market' processes within the critical path to maximize product margin. Establish targets and monitor the performance of all supply and logistics activities. Proactively handle and resolve supply chain issues. People Leadership & Development. Lead continuous improvement programs, reducing waste, improving service levels, improving financial performance.
