You will ensure that all preventative and reactive work orders are completed in line with SLAs. You will also ensure financial management, insurance claims, budgeting, WHS audits and regular reporting is completed.An Overview of the role:Work in conjunction with the Helpdesk and manage escalations regarding contractor mattersEffectively analyse fault logging records to identify trends and implement mitigation plans accordinglyManage asset register including building, plant and equipment inspections and reportingEnsure works do not impede occupation and/or operation of the facility without client approvalOversee compliance across the portfolio in relation to contracts, budget, KPI’s, stakeholders and JLLAssist in budgeting and forecasting process and provide financial data to Finance Manager as requiredActively foster an environment encompassing teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal successImplement, comply with all internal management systems such as Corrigo, JLL onsite, CMO and iComplyStrive to achieve and maintain government sustainability aspirations, work collectively with ESS teamSound like you?
