About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time Front Office Receptionist, to join our rooms division team and welcome guests with a warm and friendly smile. In this service-driven role, you'll be the face and first point of contact for guests at RACV Royal Pines Resort. You'll be on your feet at the reception desk, interacting with guests in a professional manner, to deliver exceptional customer service.
Full availability and flexibility is required to work a rotating roster, Sunday-Saturday, between 7am-11pm, inclusive of evenings, weekends & public holidays.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, your key responsibilities for the role include:
Facilitate guest check-ins & check-outs and provide information to guests about accommodation, rates and amenities. Perform administration duties, answer incoming calls, general enquiries & assisting guests with their requests. Receive, record and process enquiries and bookings. Maximize accommodation bookings by upselling/upgrading. Cross-sell & upsell products & services. Assist with lobby shop sales, process payments, maintain records and accurately collect, receipt, and record all monies. Communicate & collaborate with other departments, ie. restaurant reservations, concierge, housekeeping, security, maintenance, spa & golf. What you'll need to be successful
Experience in front office reception in 4-5 star hotel/resort environment. A professional face-to-face and telephone manner, active listening, strong interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills. Attention to detail, ability to problem solve, be organised and possess efficient time management skills. Be friendly, confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude. Work well under pressure, in a team environment and with diverse groups of people. Be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check Blue Card. Excellent personal presentation. We are Offering
